We started VrixPlay because the existing booking platforms felt like they were built for software companies, not for the people who run real-world experiences.

Every charter captain, field owner, and tour operator we talked to had the same story: they were paying $200–$500/mo for software they barely used, getting nickeled-and-dimed on every booking, and still ended the day staring at spreadsheets.

So we rebuilt the booking platform from the operator's seat, the captain who needs deposits cleared before sunrise, the field manager who needs waivers signed before paintballs fly, the workshop owner who needs prep emails out three days early.

And we made the software free. Because charging operators a monthly fee on top of a transaction fee is a tax we don't think the industry should accept anymore.
