What happens when weather cancels a trip?
Cancel the trip from your dashboard and handle the deposit your way, refund it or move the party to a new date. The boat frees back up on the calendar immediately.
Can I require a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. Take a deposit online to hold the date and settle the balance at the dock, or collect in full up front. Payment status shows on every booking.
Do I have to accept every online booking?
No. Bookings can come in as requests you accept or decline, so you keep control of your schedule, your crew, and your fuel plan.
I run more than one boat. Does that cost extra?
